My passion is helping you through whatever you are struggling with in your life. Or simply helping you maintain your well-being after working so hard to get there. Starting with a warm blanket and relaxing music, you will begin to let go of stress and tensions within your body and mind as you settle onto the massage table. I set my intention to support you energetically, always in a non-judgmental, confidential environment in which you can relax, release and balance.

What Is Mind and Body Work?
Mind and body integration is a key component to all levels of health and well-being.
I help people integrate their minds and bodies to achieve and maintain health and wellness on all levels – physical, mental and emotional. I do this through energy balancing and meditation. I have the privilege of working with others who may be struggling and help them back to a place of harmony by using all of my formal education and training, supported by my intuitive skills and techniques to balance energy.
Combining the understanding of the mind and body from Eastern and Western perspectives allows you to access multiple approaches to regain and maintain your well-being. Sessions can help shift your perspective to a place of understanding that health and wellness begins with a focus on self-care.
Mind and body integration not only helps you to feel better now, it also supports and enhances personal growth and development. As you begin to look at yourself and your personal circumstances with a new perspective, you will be able to release experiences that no longer serve you.

Why do energy treatments help? Energy communicates with energy. Our atoms respond to energy because they are energy. We are a massive group of atoms making up every cell, tissue, organ, muscle, bone and system. Energy contains frequencies and vibrations that are in constant communication with all other vibrations and frequencies. Harmony is the key. If there are two vibrational fields and one is in harmony and the other is not, they will both work together to be in harmony. We can create healing frequencies within ourselves, and most certainly share it with those surrounding us.
