Practicing meditation helps bring the brain, mind and body into a state that reduces stress, begins to repair the damaging effects of ongoing stress, lower blood pressure and has been shown to actually change the architecture and physiology of the brain - in a positive way! It is used as a tool in many areas from anger management interventions to stroke recovery programs.
Weekly Guided Meditation Classes via Zoom
Whether you are new to meditation or practice regularly, a guided class is a great way to experience all of the benefits. Having a class to join provides the structure to help you maintain your habit, and provides a group energy that supports the entire experience. Being guided allows you to sit back and be taken to a state of deep relaxation while focusing on the theme of the week. Each meditation is personally written by me to help you receive the message on a level that is personal for you, bringing a sense of awareness and connection into yourself. Bonus - because it is via Zoom you can stay warm and cozy in your home and be fully relaxed at the end of the evening without ever having to leave your own space!
You may purchase a session package for all classes, or drop-in on a weekly basis.

Providing the gift of meditation to those within your organization is a great way to support overall health and wellness. I would be happy to set up an experience to meet your personal needs.
Meditative Energy Balancing
A combination of meditation and energy balancing within an individual session. This may mean splitting the time more evenly between meditation and energy work; or guiding you into a deeper meditative state, and then balancing the energy before guiding you back out of your meditation. For those who have difficulty settling, this is a great option that will allow you to fully experience the benefits of energy balancing and meditation at the same time. I am happy to customize a session to meet your needs!
To accommodate developmental needs, children’s sessions will have 30 to 45 minutes lying on the massage table being still. The rest of the time will be more interactive giving them some techniques and tools they can use on their own or with the help of a parent.
