Weekend Schedule〰️Thank You For Joining Us!

We are so excited to share this weekend with you!! Here is the schedule of what we have planned…

 Friday, June 27

4:00 – 5:00 PM - Arrive and settle into your home for the weekend.

5:30-6:00 PM - The retreat begins! Sanctum staff will introduce their beautiful lodges and property, and Tracy and Nicole will tell you what’s in store for our time together.

6:00 PM - Get to know your fellow guests over a delicious dinner.

7:15-8:00 PM - We’ll take some time to set intentions for the weekend including having some fun using oracle cards to help tap into our own inner wisdom and intuition. 

8:00-9:00 PM On our first evening we’ll wind down with a relaxing yin yoga and meditation session.

Saturday, June 28

8:00-9:00 AM - Start your day with movement (a hatha yoga practice with Nicole) or meditation (with Tracy).

9:00 AM - Nourish yourself with a breakfast full of amazing choices.

10:00-11:15 AM -  You don't deserve this weekend, you are worthy of it. Together, we will explore the process, and difficulty, of stepping into a space where you can leave it all behind and enjoy simply being. We'll examine some common beliefs that impact our ability to focus on ourselves and our well-being, and tools to help get you where you want to be.

11:30-1:00 AM - Everything is made of energy. In this introduction to energy, we’ll talk about what it is and the importance of our own unique personal energy. From intuition to protection and clearing, you’ll learn simple, practical ways to work with your own energy to empower you in every area of your life. 

1:00-2:00 PM - We’ll have a delicious lunch designed to refuel you for the afternoon.

2:00-4:30 PM - Enjoy some free time. Maybe you’ll explore the forest, spend time by the river, or enjoy one of the free mini-reiki sessions offered by Tracy and Nicole.

4:30-5:45 PM - Shifting Perspective on Nourishment: Discover what you as an individual need to nourish your body and mind, through a lens of self-compassion. 

6:00-7:00 PM - Savour a healthy, tasty meal while recapping your day.

7:30 PM - Integrate the day’s experiences by choosing your own creative adventure with either therapeutic colouring or a dance party (we are going to have some fun!).

Sunday, June 29

8:00-9:00 AM - Find freedom in an all-levels somatic yoga and meditation practice designed to release stress and connect body and mind.

9:00-10:00 AM  - Dig into a mouthwatering  breakfast to begin our final day.

10:00-11:00 AM - How is your year going? June is a great time to check in. We’ll spend time with 6 questions designed to help you find clarity, inspiration, and direction using clues from the first half of your 2025.

11:00 AM - Pack-up.

11:30-12:45 PM - Enjoy a final session to ALLOW you to go forward and enjoy whatever comes your way. Bringing the weekend together, take the opportunity to review what we’ve learned on a mental, physical and spiritual level, and incorporate what you want into your life.

1:00 PM – Enjoy a final meal with new friends.

Want to skip an activity and spend time recharging instead? This is your time to just be, so please take whatever you need. Remember this is YOUR weekend to enjoy.

We’ll enjoy some social time in the evenings.
