WHAT IS IT?

8 WEEKS: One on one sessions, one hour each week, leaving you with tools and resources to help you along your path to wellness.

 15 MINUTE PRE-ASSESSMENT: We’ll begin with a phone call to help me help you get the most out of our time together. We will set the schedule for the 8 weeks at the time of our call.

 You may be thinking “but if I start now it’ll run into December and I won’t have time and I don’t want to think about food and I’ll end up feeling guilty and, and, and…..”.   If you start your journey prior to Christmas, we can schedule a break for a couple of weeks and get right back into things in the New Year. How perfect is that?! Imagine getting through the first 4 weeks before the December craziness begins and heading into the season with a great mindset, knowing how to ease your stress and care for yourself, and having a session to get you ready to take it all on! And BONUS….you can completely avoid the setting yourself up for failure (aka New Year’s Resolutions)…because you are already creating your wellness foundations. Then in January, you can dive into the nutrition side of things to help you get back into a regular routine to feel your best going forward.

This is a program combining all of my modalities and knowledge from every area of my years of education and training AND I personally use them all. My life experiences have led me to all of these different areas to find the support I have needed at various times, and I want to share the things that work with you.

 Each week will focus on the specific topic and leave you with a small amount of homework to help you find the best path forward to nourish your body, mind, and soul.

 WEEK 1 – MINDSET

 We’ll explore the importance of mindset in all aspects of wellness. Discover your blocks, limiting beliefs and work to remove them.

 WEEK 2 –EASING STRESS  

 What is stress?  (it may be more than you think.) Why it is so important to positively manage it, and how a perspective shift could actually lessen its effects. You will be given quick and easy tips and tools to use.

 WEEK 3 – ESSENTIALS FOR SELF-CARE

 Self-care is NOT a privilege, it is a necessity. Embracing your worth and value by investing in yourself.

 WEEK 4 – ENERGY SESSION

 Enjoy an energy session to help integrate the previous weeks of work, and bring a sense of calm and peace to energize you to continue along your journey of wellness.

WEEK 5 – NOURISHING THE BODY

You’ll learn about some fundamentals of key nutrients and how they support your physical well-being.

 WEEK 6 – FUEL YOUR BODY WITH FOOD

Lost on what to eat? You hate Brussels sprouts but don’t know what else has the same goodness? I’ve got you covered.

 WEEK 7 – BODY AND MIND CONNECTION AS PART OF NOURISHMENT

Understanding wellness from a holistic approach, you can embrace that nourishment is not just food. Recognizing how nourishing your mind impacts your physical body and how nourishing your physical body impacts your mental and emotional well-being. 

WEEK 8 –BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER

Reviewing your 8 week journey and putting it all together to help you continue on your path to a healthier, happier you!
